Terms of Service | Gamerlandia

1. Service and acceptance

The contractual service provider is Francisco Gregorio, an individual in Spain, operating Gamerlandia as the product and trading name.

Gamerlandia lets users play video-game trivia, create configurations, progress, join leaderboards, add friends through Social ID and take part in challenges using exclusively virtual resources.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Gamerlandia.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 and have sufficient capacity to accept these Terms. Gamerlandia is not directed at minors. We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

3. Registration and account security

You may register using email and password or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate information, keep relevant details current and protect your device and credentials. Do not share the account or use another person's account.

4. Nickname, profile and submitted content

You are responsible for nicknames and Studio or preset names you choose and for feedback you submit. They must not impersonate, harass, infringe rights, contain unlawful or offensive material, or mislead people about your identity or relationship with Gamerlandia.

You grant only the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license necessary to host, display, moderate and process these elements while needed to operate Gamerlandia. You retain your applicable rights. Do not include personal data in feedback.

5. License to use the service

While you comply with these Terms, Gamerlandia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app for entertainment. No rights in the software, brand or content are transferred.

6. Conduct and fair play

You must not:

Use cheats, bots, scripts, automation or coordinated accounts to gain an advantage.
Manipulate answers, scores, Elo, leaderboards, rewards, purchases or virtual resources.
Exploit errors, duplicate operations or abuse reward systems.
Make fraudulent purchases, abusive chargebacks or bypass validation.
Impersonate, harass or disturb people through available social features.
Use harmful, unlawful, misleading or offensive nicknames or names.
Interfere with the service, its APIs, security, integrity or availability.
Decompile, reverse engineer or bypass protections except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.

7. Gameplay and progression

Gameplay may generate answers, scores, XP, levels, Elo, statistics, Studio, game and genre progression, streaks and Daily Challenge results. Rules and formulas may be adjusted to correct errors, balance the service and preserve fair competition.

Results validated by Gamerlandia's authorized systems prevail over inconsistent local state, without affecting your ability to report an error to support.

8. Virtual economy

Soft currency, premium currency, lives, jokers, boosters, avatars, themes and inventory are virtual resources limited to Gamerlandia. They are not money, real property or a bank balance; there is no cash-out or redemption for real money.

Gamerlandia does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual resources may change for balance, maintenance, error correction or product evolution, subject to purchases and mandatory rights under applicable law.

9. Friends, leaderboards and challenges

You may search using Social ID, send or receive requests, maintain friendships, appear in leaderboards and create or accept challenges. Gamerlandia does not access device contacts and does not provide chat.

Challenge stakes are exclusively Gamerlandia virtual resources. There is no cash-out, monetary prize or real-money wager. Challenges and rewards are subject to service validation, expiry and resolution rules.

10. Purchases

On Android, Google Play Billing processes purchases. The store price is displayed before confirmation and Google Play terms may also apply. Gamerlandia validates the operation and delivers the relevant entitlement or resource.

Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations or revocations may result in withdrawal of the entitlement or correction of the associated balance, subject to law, store terms and transaction status. These Terms do not promise subscriptions or a recurring Premium Pass.

11. Advertising and rewards

Gamerlandia may display banners and rewarded advertising. Rewarded ads are optional interactions; availability, format and reward may vary. A reward is credited only after the relevant validation.

Automating views, falsifying callbacks, manipulating consent or committing ad fraud is prohibited. Advertising data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Analytics and diagnostics

Gamerlandia uses technical analytics, stability, security and integrity services to operate and improve the product. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, available consent choices.

13. Feedback

You may submit suggestions to help improve Gamerlandia. We may analyze and use them without an obligation to implement or pay for a proposal. We do not claim a broader transfer of ownership than needed to receive, assess and apply general ideas.

14. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove harmful identifiers, correct unfair advantages, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, cheating, abuse, security risks, breach or serious interference with the service. Where possible, the response will be reasonable and proportionate to the circumstances.

You may request information or review at gamerlandia.contact@gmail.com. We do not promise an automated process or a particular outcome, but will assess relevant information and applicable rights.

15. Account deletion

You may request deletion from Profile/Settings in the app or through the public deletion page. The account, profile, social relationships, progression and ordinary associated data are deleted or anonymized. Deletion may coexist with separate retention of a minimum IAP transaction record for 6 calendar years from the last relevant transactional event for accounting or tax duties, transaction documentation, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, security, compliance or legal claims.

A purchase or a later legitimate acknowledgement, consumption, refund, revocation, chargeback or other provider state change may move the start of the period forward. The minimized record does not keep the account active and contains no Firebase UID, email, nickname, Social ID, ProviderUid, profile, progression, raw purchase token or full entitlement snapshot.

16. Availability and service changes

Gamerlandia may require maintenance, experience outages, release updates, correct errors, adjust balance or change evolving or beta features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, indefinite compatibility with every device or permanence of every feature.

Where a change materially affects rights or purchases, communications and protections required by law will apply.

17. Intellectual property and third-party games

Gamerlandia retains rights in its software, brand, design and original content. Third-party video game titles, brands, characters and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated, Gamerlandia is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners. These Terms do not make conclusions about legal exceptions or specific uses of third-party intellectual property.

18. Warranties, liability and consumer rights

The service is provided with reasonable care and subject to technical availability. To the fullest extent permitted, Gamerlandia is not liable for indirect losses or events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, personal injury where it cannot be excluded, non-waivable consumer rights or any other liability that the law prohibits us from limiting.

19. Law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rights and protections available to users under the applicable laws of their country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, particularly consumer protection laws.
