- Complete recent authentication when requested.
- Confirm to start the deletion process.

You can request deletion of your account from the app or through the external channel on this page.

What deleting your account means
The request starts a verified process to delete or anonymize data linked to your account, subject to the minimum exceptions required or permitted by law.
Never send passwords, access codes or authentication tokens, full card information or Google credentials.
Data deleted or anonymized
- Firebase Authentication account and Gamerlandia authentication links.
- Profile, nickname, avatar, Social ID, friend requests and social graph.
- Presets, Studio, progression, XP, Elo, statistics and ordinary game sessions.
- Currency, lives, jokers, boosters, inventory, challenges and associated history no longer needed.
Minimum retention
After the account and profile are deleted, a separate minimum IAP transaction record may be retained for 6 calendar years from the last relevant transactional event, which may be a purchase or a later legitimate state change. The record contains no Firebase UID, email, nickname, Social ID, ProviderUid, profile, progression, raw purchase token or full entitlement snapshot. It is retained only for accounting, tax, transaction documentation, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, security, compliance or legal claims. Truly anonymous aggregates and device-only preferences such as language or volume may also remain because they are not account data.
Method 2: external request
- Use your email client to write to gamerlandia.contact@gmail.com.
- Provide the account email and, if known, the Gamerlandia Social ID.
- Do not send your Gamerlandia password, Google password, authentication token or any payment card information.
- We may request proportionate identity verification and will tell you if more information or follow-up is needed.
Request deletion by email
The link opens your email application with a prepared subject. Sending the message starts the external channel; this website does not automatically delete data.
